Sony ericsson making low standard key pads..so that we are facing problems. I have bought a sony ericsson naite .. I am facing keypad problems now..but the company service center is not responding to my problem..the company is saying that keypad problem is not in our warranty terms, so we cant help you... but it is manufacturing defect..from the begining i have been facing this problem, i have already gone to the service station of sonyericsson twice, but they are not responding to me..it will be better not to use sonyericsson mobiles as they are not providing good service and customer relationship... sonyericsson is not a loyal company..they are making cheap products..
