My phone no '2531744' is not woking since 4-01 i have complaint on 198 and my complint no. is O903.On 5-01 i asked about my complaint in the basantpur office. Tthe office incharce reacted verry badly on me and said " jaiye jo karna ho kar lijiye jab thik hona hoga tab thik ho jayega"

On one side government says that dont cut the land line phones and on another side your employes talk so badly on noting complaint.like this we cant bear your employes so we have decided to cut the land line phone if this will keep going on.

So plz take strict action on my complaint
