Phone is not working

Dear Sir,

Last 2 months my landline telephone no. 033-25825487 is not working, my docket number is 31340,

No one is taking any action regerding complaint in your Bhatpara BSNL office. pls. do as early as possible otherwise i will go for new connection to another company. Sir, i socked that BSNl is the largest telecom com. in India and this is the customer service? Pls. Pls. Pls. do it as early as possible.
