Mobile repair didnt come till nw

I purchased sony ericsson xperia X10 of RS 30, 000 5 months back. Mobile charging point defective so i sent my mobile for repair to SONY ERRICCSON service center. They told me that your mobile will be sent to chennai and it will come in 10 days.its been 40 days now and i have not got ma mobile back. I have been to service centre so many times but they say come tomorrow .i purchased it of 30, 000 and nw its value is just of 26, 500 .I am totally pissed off with sony erricsson i will never recommend anyone to buy sony product to anyone.and nw if may be i get my cell back then also i wont be able to get the value as its been a long time and mobile price is decreased so much now. I need help to get my mobile back now..
