MOBILE IS NOT WORKING

I have bought a handset of Sony ericssion spirow100 on 08.12.2010 from sheeba tel, fateh nagar, jail road, delhi sales person told me that phone is very good but when i have started it on it was hanged next day i have called back to sales guy named Manish (9818732174) he replied its not our problem go to service center.

i was shocked after all i hv bought the phone bcz he suggested.

i hav visited 4 to 5 time at Noida service center which is in sec-18 but the problem is not resolved in proper way it is still i m facing now its not getting on.

i need handset should exchange. i m attaching copy of bill.
