Error in connection during dialing any numbe

I switched from reliance gsm to Airtel, on 18 sep 2011 and received a confirmatory message about the activation of the services on the 22 sep 2011. For last 7 days, I am unable to receive or send any call, despite repeated complaints to customer care. Every time the supervisor informed that the matter will be resolved but there is no result
