Phone is dead

Sir,

I have a connection of BSNL landline No 0124-2341004, and the same has been dead. I have registered a complaint in this regard on 10.06.2011. but nothing has been heard so far. It is very regretted to say that I am facing very dificulties due to non working condition of my Phone. Please take an immediate action in this regard and sort out this problem.
