Poor after sales service!

I bought a mobile, SEM W 810i for my wife from the Subhiksha mobile outlet at Malad (W) on Wednesday, 4th July. I got a good deal on the price of the phone as i had checked at some other places as well. We had already decided on the model, so I did not even look at the other models. Little did I know I would regret this decision.
After we opened the box at home, admired the gadget and put the phone to charge. I transferred a song to the new phone so that my wife could check out the sound effects as that was what she was primarily interested in.
Midway during the song, the phone automatically booted itself. It wasn't a very good feeling but since we both work for the telecom service sector, we decided to keep it on charge sometime longer just to rule out insufficient charge problems. The problem recurred thrice even after that. So my wife took it to the Subhiksha outlet.
More than the resolution or the lack of it, we were taken aback at the kind of treatment and the total lack of apathy displayed by the salesman Mohan and his supervisor Sanjay.
