Not recieved the money

There was a gprs plan of Rs122 in jhk and have opted 4 that on 16.02.2010.but according to the custumer care the plan has been modified to 274 just 1 day before but neither i nor the recharge out let was aware of that.

the recharge details are creadit rs 122 from no.137936 on 16.02.2010 at 1:49:35pm and ref no.322004596.

but now i m stuck in between as custumer care is not refunding back my money and also gprs is not working

so i urge a request to plz refund back my money
