Not internet conect

Dear sir/madom,

i am Ritesh from surat, gujarat. i have cellone prepaied mobile. no. 9428630400 .from last 10 days internet donot conected. i am complained so many times in custemer care. every day 2 - 3 call are coming from compony and everybody ask same questions like... what is problem?...which instument you use?..etc... everyone says your problem will solv within 48 ours..but problem is continue.. so pl do something... otherwise i have no any option than to chang portability...
