Echarge problem

I have purchase tata indicom prepaid connection let rock (student plan). i have found recharge of rs.200 is not working in this plan, checked with another same user also.

but according to plan this voucher is applicable to me... i talked to customer care also several times but no solution was provided to me. i am very much fed up of customer care service.

now my validity is about to end & now i want to recharge with rs1000 recharge voucher in which we get 1200 talk time with 6 months validity so any one help me whether this voucher is successful in lets rock plan or not.
