ABOUT YOUR POWER PLAN

Dear all,

my mobil no is 9224447400 i send the sms regarding the power plan activation the service charge will be deducted in my account but i have not got any benifits which i regulerly getting in this plan.

i talk to your custmer care exectives regarding this plan they said that it correct that we have dedcated Rs 49 with your accounts and i forwarded this complaint in my technical department and yor problem will be sloved within 24 hours,

i said ok.

but it allready gone four days but my problem is not slovet when i try to your custmer care services thaese no is unavailable & it was very diffcult to me contact in your custmer care.
