Dear sir

this is a regular customer to bsnl last long time

last year of 30/12/09 i have requested to activate per second coll

after that i got massage on 31/12/09 the service will be activate within 42hrs.

but till today on 10/01 the service has not activated

last 12days i am complaining to bsnl customer care help line on 24365 one by one customer care officers are just giving a same reply to me

your request will be activated within 24hrs

but there were no result and i have request per second on my both line 9429798712 & 13 but both line has same prob lame

after long time i have just co-role to customer care person to connect me to head of department officer and

hi has connected to mr. TASHLIM and i got the reply from him as

same reply your request will be activate within 24hrs and top of that hi says all the company are getting problem so here is not new for bsnl

i request him to refund my money which has withdrew from my both bsnl line

i don't no now to complain whom?

if i am at the right place hope to get reply as soon as possible
