Egarding the bill

Hi, i am tataindicom user having data 325v plan and at starting that they tole this have 30 free hours and in first month i got around 2000 and they told that due to the taking at half of the month thus i paid it and now at this month again i got much bill of around 850 but this month i haven, t used this more than27 hours thus give me details of it if i try for customer care it is not connecting
