Der sir/madam,

I want to make a complaint about your servise. I recieved a msg that hello tune have been activated on your mobile which i dnt activated, it was done on its own then 30rs was cut from my a/c on the contrary i called your customer service executive (shehaz) who was very rude on his part . last week also the same thing happend i recieved a msg that vas pack has been activated and 100rs was cut from my a/c .i am really disappointed from your servise.

I will be glad if u take some action about this and against shehaz, otherwise i have to take some action on my own
