Not provide the service during garanty period

Dear Sir,

We should like to bring it to your kind notice that We have purchased one Electrolux refrigerator model no. 175 Oxy Freeze SR No. 40801618 on dated April 29 from Sandeep Enterprises, 31/9G, Opp. LIC, Building Sanjay Place, Agra-2, Which has four year warranty period. Since approximately last six month it is not working due to some technical fault. So we immediately contact to related dealer to provide us service & rectify the problem. Authorize person of M/s Sandeep Enterprises advise & give the Phone no. & Address for service center Bhasin Refrigeration 2/209MG ROAD OPP SHAH MARKET AGRA, AGRA, UTTAR PRADESH. We have many times registered complaint and burble/Telecom discussed with service center authorize person, however it is still today there is no action take & our problem has as it is before six months.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for rectification of the same.
