Sim card reg failed

I have got the sim card 5 days ago.

i have applied for post piad connection thru airtel mumbai.

but still dint get d connection . very bad on mumbai airtel connectivity.

but they have nicely grabbed money from me

i got the connection in kandhevali east lokhandwala.
