I brought an HTC Desire C cell phone specifically in Stealth Black color (Order ID BTP848312) from BuyThePrice.com website and having gotten good reviews from many people paid in advance. But when I received the shipment they gave me the same set in white color with the invoice also stating the same. I instantly wrote to the customer care at [email protected]. They acknowledge my problem but stated that I send back the product to them at their Hyderabad address.
I am very mad at this solution from their side as why should I pay for the goof up from their side. Not once was I told that I would receive the cell in white color or that one in black is not available. When I presented my thinking to them, I got no response from them. Also their customer care number i.e. 040-49496969 is not working.
