Broken mother board

Hi,

This is to in form you that i had given my mobile handset C3053 for repairing the display on Monday 2-May.

recipt no :394

Model no: C3053

call no : 1952

The person in charge f the service estimated RS1200 & asked for two days.

But yesterday the told that the mother board broke while investigating the above said complaint of display.

Hence demanding RS 2500 for all repair. but i refused to do any further repair, and asked who will bear the damage board. We were told it is our policy that any breakage during repair will be born by the customer. I have already paid Rs75 as basic charge.

So the net result is now my working phone is totally damaged.

Please answer one question why u have such mechanics without experience, for such a well known authorized service center of good products.

I should have been returned the Mobile as I had submitted.

Hence do the needful ASAP.
