Service during warrenty

Sir

I had bought a Sony Ericsson C510 from The Mobile Store Ltd Shop No 2 Chopra Complex Main Bazar Sanjauli Shimla on the name of Ms Anjana Justa Navjyoti Northoak Sanjauli Shimla 171006 on 10/11. I have been facing problem with the set after a few months of purchase. The problems are:-

1 The mobile gets switched off by itself.

2 The mobile does not get charged properly.

This set has been sent to the servise station twice but the problem persists. When asked from thr seervice center

1 The are too busy and dont hhave time to listyen to the complete problem.

2 when asked about the problem they say it is because of viruses and never get a satisfactory reply nor service.

I had bought this just because of the SONY name. I am very thankfull for the services provided by an INTERNATIONAL BRAND SONY as you people are only interested in selling your items and then the customer goes to hell.

Now my warrenty toois getting over suggest should I THROW AWAY my MOBILE and never to visit SONY SHOWROOM or your company has some respect left for its costomers as your dealers too say they are not responsible for the service backup.

It is a think which was never expected from sony and I hope you will revert back on this complaint. Rest is up to the company.
