Not repaired and exceeded the time limit

i amit kumar choubey want to put this thing in your notice that i have given my mobile for repair on 13th july at kamla nagar sevice center . as it was facing problem in charging and in addition to it my phone is in warranty period . i have been told that it will take around 7 days to get it repair as when i went to collect on 20th july .then they told that it has not been repaired as there is a problem in company and replied to come again after 2 days. again i went now they responded that it will in definite time period as if they are also not sure.

sir i dont understand that i will get my mobile back or not.

when i gave a call to customer care then they said that " sir, it will take 4 days to know the status "

sir i dont find that this type of service is provided by sony ericssion then any customer will give their mobile in customer care for repair.

at last i just want to request you that if my mobile cant able to get repaired then return it back as i am leaving delhi on sunday.
