I HAVE PURCHASED THE C-9 MODEL CELKON MOBILE FROM BIG C DABA GARDENS. I WAS HAPPY OWN THE SAME TILL 360 DAYS BROGUHT IN JUL. AND THEN AFTER IT HAD A PROBLEM OF NOT RESSTTING THE RED STOP BUTTON. I WENT TO DABA GARDENS THEY SAID IT NOT POSSIBLE AS THE TECHINICAIN IS NOT AVIALABLE YOU GO TO DAIMOND PARK BIG C AND YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED . I WENT HANDED OVER THE SET THEY IT TAKES TWO DAYS TIME . AFTER TWO DAYS I HAVE RECIVED THE REAPIRED ONE THEY CHARGED THREE HNDRED RUPEES AND WHEN ASKED FOR THE BILL THEY SAID THERE WILL NOT BILL FOR SERVICING. AFTER TWO DAYS AGIAN MOBILE HAS BECOME FAULTY. I HANDED OVER THE SET THEN THE TECHINICAN HAS SAID THAT THE MOBILE KEY BOARD HAS BEEN FAULTY. WE SENDING REQYUIREMNT TO HYDERABAD YOU COME AND COLECT THE SAME AFTER TEN DAYS. AFTER TEN DAYS WHEN I WENT THE REPLY THE IT IS TRANSIT DUE THE HOLIDAYS. THEN AFTER 15 DAYS THE MOBILE HAS COME. THEN NOW THE INCHARGE OF THE BIG C SAYS THAT SIR YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED NEXT TIME IT COME I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL REPALCE THE SET. i SAID HIM THAT TIME SHOULD NOT COME. IF YOU DONE WELL. UNFORTUNTELY THE MOBILE AFTER TWO DAYS BEHAVED IN THE SAME MANNER . WHEN I HAVE GONE TO BIG C THE INCHARGE SAYS YOUR WARRANTY IS ELAPSED AND WE DO NOT TAKE ANY WARRANTY OF YOUR SET. THEN iIH HAVE ASKED FOR THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT REGISTER HE SAYS THAT SUCH PROVISON IS NOT THERE IN BIG C. BUT HE HAS TAKEN MY MOBILE AND SAID I WILL TRY OUT LOCALLY. WHAT IS QUALITY ASSURENCE SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN ADOPTED BIG AND CELKON. I WOULD ASK ANNA HAZARE NOT ONLY TO FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION ON THE CORRUPT SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CORRUPT PRODUCT PROVIDERS.
