Purchased a camera (Kodak) and mobile (Samsung) on promotional call from India Today Book club. Was promised a holiday package, Jewellary vouchers worth 30, 000/ and Dell loptop as sure lucky prize, in additio to chance on a cash prize. I t was 1st -2nd week of March. PAyment through C card. Products received. But no gift. Code for jewellary worth 20, 000/- were not accepted. I was promised that they shall be given by 4- April. I feel cheated. Twice when I subsequently got promotinal callfor other produs, my concern of tis problem was not atended. Simply disconected phone. I have been a regular buyer, But till the cmmtments are made, no dealing. Hope You will get details and resolve.
