Goods not delivered Yet

Ordered a Digital Camra from Star CJ Online Shopping site on 24/10 which assured me delivery of the product within 5-7 working days. My order no. is 20111024027298.

Star CJ says that they have dispatched the product and gave me the reference of the courier company named 'AFL' and my docket (consignment number 81592308072516) on 2/11.

I have been constantly contacting AFL and STAR CJ with no joy, the product I ordered has still not been delivered to me, on speaking to AFL they say that they have not received the complete product and STAR CJ says they have dispatched. I am stuck in the middle because the payment has been debited from my accont as the payment was made online.

I am sick and tired of the poor and appalling service I have been offered. I have wasted my money and time making calls to both these organisations getting nothing in return... Please Help to close the issue
