Leaking pipe - no one bothered

I have a problem with my LPG tube which needed replacement and we have been calling the customer service number for over 2 weeks, but there is such a callous attitude that they are not bothered at all.

We tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS Double Tank Road, Kk Nagar, Chennai. No one picks the phone and even if someone does, it is a typical government office where no none gives a proper reply nor is bothered.

This could be a potentially dangerous situation for us since we have to change our tube urgently.
