Cancelling the placed order on their Own

Hello,
I placed an order for a Motorola Defy Mini mobile at http://shopping.indiatimes.com on 14th July Mid night via the order no. 3001271225.
Also a Gift Card applied to re-deem an offer of price reduction of 1099 INR. All the steps are properly followed and the payment was also done through Citi Bank credit card, it was accepted and I was informed via email and SMS that the product will be delivered by 25th July.
Later when I checked the status after 2 days, I was shocked to see the status as "CANCELLED".
I gave many feedback and also reported a case (Case ID is: 320402) but there is no any response still.
When I called the Customer center, the executive updated me saying that there was some technical problems in the website due to which the order was cancelled.
Now I want that the same order is respected by them and the product is delivered as committed.
