I bought a simoco handset from one of the outlets of c and buy.

while i had gone to buy it the sales guy seemed very jovial and approachable.he sold a faulty adapter with the set.

when he opened the first set it was faulty he kept it back on the shelf for sale to some other customer.the second set he sold, i got it home and found that the adaptor/charger was faulty. when i took it back he said he will not change it as, that was against their policy. and his way of talking was a sif it was my fault to have bought it... he had no courtsy what so ever. i approached the shop owner, mr krishnendu who was at least nice to talk to however that set was not changed... later they changed the charger. But im still not convinced about the selling strategy of that shop as they sell faulty products with a lot of conviction to people, had i not reacted they wouldnt have change the adaptor also. Precisely my complaint is about the sales guy his name is ali. he should be asked ot leave for miscommunication and misselling. and he should take etiquitte classes. and should not be hired for such jobs
