Caps Chimney
No replacement within warranty period

We bought a Caps electrical chimney in Dec with a 1 year warranty but we found in April that it is not working properly and not sucking the fumes out of the kitchen. While we informed the sales agents and the company customer service they denied to reaplce the product and said that it was mentioned during the sale that it will not work properly without a outlet pipe. Our previous chimney was having a carbon filter and used work fine without an outlet. We were looking for a similar one but the Caps sales agents cheated us with this chimney costing approximately Rs. 8000/-.

I am urgently requesting a help from the consumer forum on this.
