It is very pathetic & ridicules to note that the brand like Career AC, is not able to ensure the smooth running of it product for atleat one year, which the Branch head Mr. Suryamani Tiwari at Ahmedabad has endorsed. I have been fed up of calling the service centre, Boss Engineers & the company office atleast 50 times. The fact sheet goes like this.

I had purchased a Career AC (Estrella-1.0 PR) bearing unique serial no, 500173810091000880 from CROMA, Himalaya mall, Drivin road, Ahmerdabad on 10th April09. I was supposed to get 3 free services within the warranty period i.e., 10th April 09 to 9th April 10. The first 2 services was rendered by Boss Engineer (Kamal Bhai). The 3rd services which was supposed to be provided by 9th was NOT provided in time & deferred to 15th April 10.The mechanic named Asharaf ali (from Boss Engineers) had come to provide service. I do not know what they did but at the time of leaving he said there is gas leakage in your AC & you need to repair & also provided me the AMC paper (with 2 different scheme to take the paid AMC). They took the AC to fill Gas & committed me to deliver back within 17th April 10. When I called him in the evening of 17th, Mr. Kamal told me that your compressor is not working & it has to be changed. He advised me to speak to Mr. Tiwari. When I spoke to Mr. Tiwari, he asked me money for gas charging & etc…

My point is that, why I should suffer for the inefficiency of Career & its authorized Service centre (Boss Engineer). I clearly blame the company & the service centre for their attitude & unorganized ness and ultimately delay in providing services, which has caused damage to the AC. Why I have to pay price for that?

Of course I understand that I have a warranty period of 5 year for the compressor. But for Career’s fault why I should pay for gas leakage? My AC is laying at career ‘s office since 17th April 10 & I am being thoroughly going through the mentally harassment, forget about the hot summer.

I urge I should given a new piece replaced. If the brand like Career can not ensure the proper services in proper time & why consumer like we suffer. I raise a question on the reliability, quality & the ATTITUDE of Career representative at Ahmedabad. They should understand that we are not at all operating in a forgiving market.
