Ignorance for our complaint of servicing our lg tv

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is amar singnath from kurla, mumbai.

I have got my lg tv repaired 2 months back by a service center named caretronics india services located at 4/6 Porbanderwala Lane, Opp Naval Depo, Lbs Road, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai - 400086

Now my tv is showing problems again and called caretronics for a service 12 days back and they are not attending my complaint. Also since last 2 days they are not receiving my phone.

Really i am irritated. I have payed Rs 1700 /- for my tv and they are offering 12 months warranty.

So the main problem is that they are not attending complaint and if they attend, they take too long time and to get repaired it also they take too long time.

So pls take necessary actions
