In place of produc we got peice of prosuct

I sow an advertisemen in a leading newspaper "times of india". I booked a car multimedia by calling the no given by the advertiser"naptol" on 5th day i got a pacet from the co.i surprised when the well packed packet had been opend. there was an old car multimedia packet in which some peices of thermocol and peices of multimedia parts and old wire.the co is totaly froud and they are making foolish the customer who faith on line marketin/home shopping/advertisement.

so we should stop the co's nature of froud and my humble request to ban the co froud activities.and direct the co to refund my hard earned money. at the earliest.
