Sms pack Rs 26

I have recharge sms pack Rs 26 on 29-01 valid for 10 days with 100 sms local and national per day but when i done sms company deduct Rs1.50 per sms from 1-2 onwards. i want to know why company deduct my main a/c balance.

I post a complaint in airtel complaint no. is CWRCH30201317. Today i receive a call from airtel customer care and he told that my complaint disposed today and my main a/c balance should not be deducted. when now i done sms, airtel deduct again Rs 1.50 for sms.
