Carrier windows AC complainant, Customer care not supporting

Dear Sir

I am Carrier AC customer, but i think this is not to be proud for me due to poor customer service

I was Purchased Carrier windows AC and its not cooling my room and Carrier customer care not helping me to solve my problem, and now Carrier AC is not useful in this HOT summer.

Following is Detail of my AC

Dealer - Ganpati Power Equipment

C-25 Sector -15, Noida, INDIA

Date of Purchase - 22- March

Capacity - 1.5 ton

Type - Windows

Modal - Estrella

After doing many complaints i did not response from Customer care and they didn't gives me complaint no.

Please help me out to solve my problem because not easy to leave without AC in this hot summer
