Broke Glass Worktop of HOBS (2BPLG)/Gas Oven while servicing

I, Suprita Dey of Flat No. A/H1/3/5, Lake View Housing Complex, B/1 Drainage Canal Road, Howrah 711104 purchased a HOBS (2BPLG) on 02.07.2010 vide Delivery Form No.9135 from the aforesaid concern.

But while servicing by their service personnel in the 2nd week of July the person suddenly broke the Glass Worktop of the HOBS (2BPLG).

Complaint was lodged to them & several phone calls were done but they did not replace the broken glass Worktop, thereby caused difficulty to me.

immediate remedy is solicited.
