sir, though i had booked my re fill on 11.10.07 when i contected my distributer on 14.11.07 (after abt.33 days), i was told there is no booking.not happend this first time.he is very rude and uncultured gye.now i am helpless.yesterday.i requested to him abt.refilling he said''HAM RULE WOOL NAHIN MANATE.KAR LO AAPAKO JO KARNA HAI.)being a single person, i feel very help less and i cant fight with them.when i came in this town i had transfered my two gas cylenders from my home town Bhopal.i deposited there (in bhopal) as per rule.spite my full documents, this dealer did not
