Damage of mobile hand set

Dear Sir

I bought Videocon 3G Mobile phone model no VG1515 (W/W) on dated 28th Jan from Cuttack, Odisha, India. After 4 months it was shut down and did not open. Then I visited the service center at Bhubaneswar. After opening the set they could not be able to repair it in few hours. They told me that if you pay the full amount of repairing cost thy will repair. They had complained that four screws were missing and you have to do paid service. But I do not know whether the screws were in side the mobile or not and they are black mailing me. The service center Bhubaneswar is 240 Km from my working place. After several followed over telephone they do not respond But since I am well wisher of your company and always use different product of your company like TV, Washing Machine and d2h. For which I thought better to your notice and quick and prompt steps would be possible.

If there no possibilities to slove the above grievance form your side I will take shelter of court of law.
