Cooling and Ice formation in the frost free Chambe

I purchased a Videocon frost free fridge in May for around about 16, 000/-. In one year the fridge had cooling problem which was attended by a Junior engineer. Soon after that in the frost free chamber ice formation started and in 1 weeks time the fridge stops functioning for a week. I have repeated raised complain about 8 times now with no results. Last week a Senior engineer came & said this model has a problem and that everyone is complaining and suggest I should keep the fridge in the bedroom in place of the Kitchen. I think it is time that the company does a check on the products being manufactured & people recruited. Request you to value the money of the customers.
