Display Problem

Yes, I do agree with the complaints on big-C. Big-C is proved a Big-Cheater!! I had purchased a mobile Celkon-C111 model in 20/03 at Big-C showroom at Chandanagar beside swagat hotel, purchased 1 Hour ofter display problem, There was no physical damage but the Big-C man & Celkon service fellow says its a display problem. I thought my mobile may be replaced but the Big Cheater at chandangar says he can not replace the mobile. But to my surprise, I have purchased it at a cost of Rs.2500/-.The response at Big-C is very poor, and very cool. They dont bother about the customer once their goods is sold out.
