OVER CHARGED

I brought CELKON C9 from BIG C near RTC 'X' ROAD, Hyderabad (5) months back and recently mobile fell down and its speaker did not work and when I went to the showroom of BIG C near RTC 'X' ROAD, hyderabad for repair the repairing person told the speaker would cost Rs. 200/- and he told he will do it for Rs. 150/-. And he opened the phone and saw the speaker was in good condition only a wire of the speaker was disconnected so he attached the wire and the speaker worked and when I want him to take less amount, because the speaker was in good condition and he did attach a wire which was disconnected. He told that it is a service charge and he took Rs. 150/-. Is this the way to take huge amount because he did not replace speaker but he did a minor repair. This is for information to the HIGHER AUTHORITY FOR KIND INFORMATION AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THE MATTER, IF NOT IT WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSUMER COURT.
