This is to inform u that we are facing a critical situation from last two days at 11:14 pm Due to power cut. We have a child in our house whose condition is very painful due to long power cut. We complain several times in your customer service. Our complaint No. is first day (04/06) 0621064431 and on 05/06 is 06212065589. but no response from ur side at that time. Your customer care man call me on 5/06 at 09:00 am. After hole night.

Please think about it because regularly same time power cutting is some mysterious for me.

Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
