About improper working

My name is Mr. Manoj M.Lanke. I bought a CG-high speed ceiling fan 6 months ago. It is not working properly. It is the third time that your engineer is not getting a problem. They told me after 3 days our service engineer will come and see a problem. But upto 6 days your service engineer didnot come.

Today he came and tried to find a problem, but he didnot get it. Then why do you recruit such an engineers? I find your service is bad and i will go into consumer court if fan is not replaced or properly repaired.
