Changing decision from the dealer with a rude and improper behaving

This is faris from calicut,

i just want to complaint about one of the dealer of invertor and battery in calicut

(Electro power systems, pushpa juction, kallai road, calicut-673002), i was their customer for the past 5years and i can clearly tell that this dealer is one of the biggest culprit in this field,

initially he will tell to change my battery and in a weak will ask me to change invertor, this continuos and presently my new battery sf sonic power box ph880 and invertor is with him, before taking the new battery from him, he offered me a second hand invetor at free of cost and said me that my present invertor is having a minor problem.

i didnt noticed that it was his business trick to tackle the customer in his hand, he was making me a fool for more than 2weak and i was running behind this, he is not able to give me a proper response till yesterday, for a weak he said that he will return the battery and his offered invertor, and yesterday he said me that he cant give the offered invertor and better to purchase a new one or service the existing with a high charge telling some major defects and the voice was so rude here and his behaving cant describe here

thers a saying, dont give the money unless you know the person, here in this situation i have to chage it as dont trust someone because god only knows when he will change his decision. so everyone just beware of such dealers

i dont know how to talk with these type of culprits and i strongly wont go back from these and will defintly file a case against these type of people and will do whatever i can.

i dont want any other customer to get in trouble with these type of culprits.
