Lack of Service

Complained about leakage from ZeroB's under the counter water filter. Informed them that I was unable to use the water filter since it leaks. After three days, there is still no sign of any engineer. Surprising, since earlier, their service used to be fine. Now just tacky and shoddy. Service center doesn't answer calls.
