Sir,

I had paid advance cash payment for Purchase of airconditioners to Naresh Gupta s/o Jwala Prasad Gupta R/o 101, Pratap Nagar, 2nd floor, Gali no: 13, Mayur Vihar, Phase I Delhi Proprietor Manoj International 101, Mayur vihar, Pratap nagar, Delhi 110092.

After collecting the payment he was misguiding to supply airconditioner within short period within one month but all the time misguiding. He neither refunded the amount nor delivered the airconditioners to me.

Today, when I visited his shop at Pratap nagar found that he has closed his shop and left some where elese. When I visited his flat which is behind his shop in the same building, came to know that he had sold the flat to someother person and he is residing there.

IHence I have been cheated by Naresh Gupta. Please register the F I R against my complaint.
