Inverter Exide Battery

Hello

I bought an APC inverter with Exide battery model number IN880 Plus from Dealer Chennai Electronics. No 152/25, Throwbathi Amman Koil 1st street, Velachery, Chennai 600 042. Unfortunately the battery was completely down after 6 month from the time of purchase which was under warranty. At the time of sales Dealer has promised to take full responsibility of the battery within the warranty period, but that did not happen. I called multiple times to report the issue but there was no response from the dealer. I am one of the unsatisfied client and really regret for making one of the stupid choice of selecting of this stupide dealer “CHENNAI ELECTRONICS”.
