I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator (MASTER MIND) Model No.10618 Serial No. INA0718118 in the month of 25th June. From the day 1 of the purchase lots of noise is coming from the refrigerator. We have made complaints many a times (6 times). Inspite of several complaints only once an engineer came from your company. He said that in Whirlpool the sound always comes. It is very noisy. Yesterday evening there was a loud noise and the fridge stopped working.

Whirlpool is such a reputed company but the customer service is very poor.
