Unreasonable debit from Mobile

My mobile telephone no:9444803579 from BSNL / Chennai.

On 5th Jan, with out my willingness BSNL debited Rs40 for Tunes. Immediately I rushed up to the BSNL customer care centre to deactivate this stupid unwanted service and refund my Rs40 which was wrongly debited. They have registered this complaint vide reference no: CH0501113818 dt05-01.But still the debited amount of Rs40 not refunded to my mobile account. I would like to knoe why this BSNL is doing day robery to the retired Senior citizens. Because we topped up the mobile for our needs these stupids easily debitting from innocent peoples and if there is no enough balance in my account what they will do.

I am facing sleepless night because of this day robery.

Who asked this people to do this unwantesd service.

Kindly arrange to refund the debited amount.
