Non replacement of defective refrigerato

My complaint number 3982/ pers/ 07 dated 08 April addressed to CSD area Depot meerut.

with copy to Whirlpool india ltd corporate office.

The defective whirlpool fridge 310 L (Flexigerator R 32 model no: 8511, ser no: 060302, supplied by Kandioners sales pvt ltd, begum bridge meerut., was installed in my house on 14/02/07. though the CSD supply order was for the maxigerator model. The fridge was not replaced despite my best efforts through manager CSD area depot meerut and the top whirlpool officials in ghaziabad and delhi. I was forced to return the above fridge to the supplier later and purchase fridge of another company.

This tragic experience was least expected from this company.
