Customer care is Pathetic

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that your company Split A.C which was bought from Kesar Electronics, G.T Road Jalandhar is under continuous repair since it was brought.

Sir, I Had Purchased a Kelvinator Ac in June. I had booked a complaint to customer care regarding out Compressor as it was not working from last one month. Compressor itself is under warranty. I called the service center 100 times during this time but no one from customer care is responding to our problem and I daily calling to them, but the output is nothing.

Some Days Back, when I had called the Service Center in Jalandhar. The service Person named Jaspreet and Shanty Came and he checked the compressor and he said it will be replace with in two days if its under warranty but now the service center whenever called just keep on telling that the technician is on his way and would look into the matter. The customer service is pathetic. This is Really Bad on the Part of a reputed company and I Request you to take strict action against them.

Kelvinator should replace compressor as the product is still under warranty. Instead of replacing it they are just ignoring the complaint.

I think it’s very ridiculous and pathetic on the part of such a reputed company. If they can’t provide service to their customers, they should stop selling their products.

I will be very thankful to you if I got a justice.
