Ecently i ve booked for a LG LCD TV worth Rs.42, 000 for which ive made an down payment, so d dealer promised me to deliver within 2 weeks of time, but he din keep up his promise. after the course of time he called back to me and asked me to withdraw my booking as the TV i've booked for is no more available. so i ve been made to go for an alternate product (worth 38, 000) which is a SAMSUNG TV of same config. The dealer inturn promised me of refunding the difference amt by cheque aftr two days of time. when i went der to ask him abt d refund after the defined time the dealer gave me an irresponsible ans that he has given me the refund money by cash as on that day itself. The justification he gave me was very frustrating as he s trying to blame me.

This incident is the worst case fraudulent act i ve ever come accross when dealing with a branded showroom
